We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with Chateta for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. Our team will process your request promptly.
What's Covered
- Monthly plans: Full refund of the monthly subscription fee if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Annual plans: Full refund of the entire annual amount if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase.
What's Not Covered
- Subscription renewals: The 14-day guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase only. Refunds are not available for automatic renewals.
- Free tier: The free plan does not involve any payment, so no refund applies.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the current billing period after the 14-day guarantee window has passed.
- Your account will automatically be downgraded to the free plan after the billing period ends.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment (EUR).
Consumer Protection Rights
This refund policy is in addition to any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the European Union's right of withdrawal for digital services. Nothing in this policy limits or overrides your statutory rights.
